Finca Vera Cruz- Colombia
AED 52.00
Colombia has been producing and exporting coffee renowned for their full body, bright acidity and rich aftertaste, since the early 19th century.
Colombia boasts a wide range of climates and geographic conditions that, in turn, produce their own unique flavors in coffee.
Finca Las Delicias is grown by Yesid Castañeda Marin in the village of Santa Maria in the Huila region in Colombia. After being handpicked and fermented for 60 hours, the cherries are dried using a system known as marquesina in Colombia. This process results in a coffee with a red fruit-like aroma, light citrus notes, and a vibrant and bright acidity.
